Refund policy
Orders can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with the tags (including the hangtag) attached and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted. A flat fee of €5 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping costs.

Damage and issues
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
