Delivery areas
FRIMAIRE delivers exclusively to France and to member states of the European Union.

Delivery in mainland France:
- Colissimo home delivery: average delivery time after dispatch 3 to 5 working days
- Mondial Relay to a collection point: average delivery time after dispatch 3 to 7 working days
Order processing times:
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of payment confirmation.
Delivery charges:
- Colissimo: €10
- Mondial Relay: €5
- Free delivery on all orders over €350
- Free hand-delivery in Paris and the inner suburbs
Delivery to overseas territories:
Colissimo home delivery: average delivery time after dispatch is 3 to 7 working days

Handling of delays and lost parcels
In the event of a delay or loss of your parcel:
- Please contact our customer service team at bonjour@frimaireparis.comen, stating your order number.
- We will file a claim with the carrier to locate the parcel or confirm its loss.
- If the parcel is declared lost, FRIMAIRE undertakes to refund the order or resend it as soon as possible.
Parcel tracking
Every order comes with a tracking number provided by the carrier (Colissimo or Mondial Relay), allowing the customer to track the delivery in real time.
Carrier’s liability
Goods are transported at the carrier’s risk from the moment they leave our warehouse. FRIMAIRE cannot be held liable for delays caused by events beyond its control (strikes, bad weather, carrier).
